Rising Above Diabetes: What’s in your control?

The panel event will empower persons impacted by diabetes and health disparities with relevant education and resources to improve their health outcomes. Panel experts will bring awareness to health challenges facing underserved communities especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. They will discuss diabetes self-management, patient advocacy, and community resources. Participants will have access to culturally sensitive information equipping them to take control of their health in a challenging environment.
